Specialties

Ashley works with teens and adults who are seeking treatment for PTSD, complex trauma and eating disorders. She has a particular focus on women’s mental health, including female empowerment, self‑esteem, body image, body positivity and burnout prevention.

Ashley’s own therapeutic journey showed her the profound power of counselling. Her personal experiences blossomed into a deep passion to become a licensed counsellor, and they continue to motivate her to give generously to every client who seeks healing and peace.

Why She Chose This Work

Ashley believes nothing is more important than feeling heard and truly understood. Empathetic and genuine, she meets you wherever you are in your journey and blends evidence‑based modalities—including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS) and somatic techniques—to create a collaborative and supportive experience. Her goal is to guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself while offering a compassionate, non‑judgmental space built on a strong therapeutic rapport.
