Catherine specializes in working with children, teens, and adults. Along with a client centered approach, she utilize sCognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Exposure and Response Prevention to assist clients with the following needs: Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Low Self Esteem and Body Image Issues, School Issues, Social Problems, Trauma, OCD, and Family Dynamics.


Growing up, Catherine always knew she wanted to help people. Whether Catherine was babysitting, helping friends, or humbly working with elders in a nursing home, Catherine often found herself listening to peoples’ life stories. She is drawn to understanding people’s habits, behaviors, and the different ways the human mind can work. When she began her career as a school counselor, Catherine quickly moved into her role as a primary outpatient therapist in a private practice setting and fell in love with the work and environment, and has been here ever since.

Her style is one of welcoming, safety and acceptance. Catherine recognizes the challenges that come with seeking therapy and she believes it is her job is to help clients feel safe so that we can partner in overcoming maladaptive experiences and patterns.
