Education & Credentials

Licensed Social Worker (NJ lic. #44SL06909300)

Specialties

Daniela works with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, family or relationship conflicts, trauma, cultural issues, and major life transitions. She adapts her approach to each client, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.

Daniela has always been deeply curious about human behavior and believes strongly in the power of human connection. Through both personal and professional experiences, she discovered her passion for promoting mental health and reducing the stigma that often surrounds it. For her, therapy is a privilege—a chance to walk alongside clients as they explore their emotions, behaviors, and life experiences.

Why She Chose This Work

Daniela’s therapeutic style is empathetic, curious, and collaborative. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can be their authentic selves, feel understood, and find comfort. Together, she and her clients build a path forward that is both healing and empowering.
