Emma works with adolescents, teens, and adults on issues related to trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood regulation, stress management, boundary-setting, communication, empowerment, and self-esteem. She also has extensive experience in supporting individuals navigating intimate partner violence and teen dating violence.
Emma has always been fascinated by how people grow, change, and impact one another through those processes. She believes everyone deserves a supportive system to lean on while engaging in change, and she feels honored to be part of that journey. Deeply inspired by the resilience of her clients, Emma is committed to providing trauma-informed care across the lifespan to foster healing and growth.
Warm, genuine, and transparent, Emma creates a space where humor and authenticity are welcome. She emphasizes meeting clients exactly where they are, offering a truly safe, non-judgmental environment. Emma believes her role is to support and empower, recognizing that her clients are the experts in their own lived experience—and honoring the strength that has already carried them forward.
When she’s not in session, Emma is usually creating something with her hands—embroidering, crocheting, or diving into a new craft project (while trying to keep her dogs from laying on her work-in-progress).
