Francesca works with teens and adults, and specializes in working with couples and families. She utilizes a psychoanalytic approach to help clients connect early experiences to their current beliefs and relationship patterns. Francesca strives to help clients enhance their self-esteem and self-worth, effectively communicate, and create secure attachments in relationships. Francesca incorporates DBT, CBT, attachment theory, and emotionally-focused therapy into her work. Francesca treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, relationship issues and life transitions. It is Francesca’s hope that her impact will lead clients to a deeper connection with themselves and those around them, leading to a more fulfilled life.



From a young age, Francesca has found purpose and fulfillment in helping others feel seen, heard, and valued. Francesca is passionate about helping clients recognize the strength behind emotional intelligence, vulnerability, and self-advocacy.

In her free-time, Francesca enjoys snuggling her french bulldog, Pumpkin, going to OrangeTheory fitness classes, cooking, and watching comfort movies and shows.
