Jenna has always had a passion for helping and supporting others. She finds value in building impactful therapeutic relationships with clients through empowerment and empathy. She believes that everyone is of value in this world, and it is an honor for her to be a support through an individual’s healing journey.

Jenna leads her sessions with compassion, a person-centered, and a strengths-based approach. She strives to create a comfortable, empowering environment for clients to feel heard and safe to be themselves. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach and incorporates mindfulness techniques depending on a client’s goals and needs. She values partnership and collaboration through the therapeutic process.

Jenna loves to travel, hike, and go camping. She is happiest when she is surrounded by mountains. She also has a passion for music and enjoys seeing her favorite bands live. Jenna has two cats named Taz and Manny!
