Jessica’s path to therapy was driven by a deep desire to create safe, healing spaces where people can grow, feel understood, and discover their strengths. As a Latinx therapist, she brings a culturally sensitive perspective to her practice, honoring each client’s unique background and lived experience. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, she ensures language is never a barrier to accessing care.
Outside of therapy, Jessica enjoys writing poems, short stories, and free-flow journaling.
She also loves reading, cooking, playing video games, caring for her plants, and spending time in nature.
