Jessica works with clients of a wide age range from children to adults, navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relationships.
Jessica has always been drawn to helping others and advocating for mental health. She values meaningful relationships, strong connections, and has seen firsthand the powerful impact therapy can have in people’s lives. For her, the most fulfilling part of this work is being a safe and supportive presence during a client’s healing journey.
Jessica strives to create a safe, empowering and warm environment where clients feel heard and accepted. She tailors her approach to each individual client’s needs and goals. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to her practice, allowing clients to explore emotions and gain new tools in a collaborative and supportive space.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys being a plant mom, crafting, and collecting trinkets.
