Jessica works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, mood regulation, self-esteem, empowerment, relationships, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about supporting young people through developmental milestones and helping them build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
Jessica has always been drawn to helping others and advocating for mental health. She values meaningful conversations and strong connections, and has seen firsthand the powerful impact that therapy can have in people’s lives. For her, the most fulfilling part of this work is being a supportive presence during challenging times and helping clients feel less alone in their healing journey.
Jessica strives to create a safe, empowering environment where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs and goals, and often incorporates art and play therapy techniques, particularly when working with children and adolescents. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to her practice, allowing clients to explore emotions and gain new tools in a collaborative, supportive space.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys all things creative and crafty, spending time with animals, and discovering new iced coffee flavors.
