Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NJ lic. #44SC05958800)

Specialties

Kaitlynn works with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics. She has a special interest in supporting women and mothers navigating perinatal mental health challenges. Drawing from CBT, DBT, IFS, and a person-centered approach, she helps clients understand how their past shapes their present, while empowering them to care for themselves with compassion and kindness.

Kaitlynn was drawn to social work through her own experiences with family dynamics and mental health. Over time, building her own “wellness toolbox” inspired her to help others create theirs. She finds deep fulfillment in seeing clients gain confidence, make progress, and recognize their own strength and growth.

Why She Chose This Work

Kaitlynn strives to be compassionate, empathetic, and empowering while also bringing lightness and humor when appropriate. She helps clients look at their circumstances objectively and decide whether the patterns in their lives are serving them—or if it’s time for change.
