Nicole works with adolescents, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, health-related challenges, anger or stress management, communication and relationship struggles, and self-esteem difficulties. She helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and find healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
Nicole has always been invested in mental health and drawn to helping others. Therapy gives her the opportunity to combine those passions in a meaningful way. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside people in their healing journey and to support them as they discover their own inner resilience.
Nicole uses an integrated, flexible approach that blends CBT, DBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation, narrative-focused methods, and family systems theory. She believes in looking at struggles through a broader lens—considering external influences and attachments that may be shaping current challenges. Above all, she works collaboratively with clients to build a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where trust, openness, and empowerment can thrive.
Nicole originally pursued a career in the arts, studying fine arts at a visual arts college before transitioning into social work. She still carries that creative spirit into her therapy practice, where she sees creativity as a powerful tool for mindfulness and healing.
