Specialties

Jenn works with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and cultural identity.

Jenn believes everyone deserves a space where they can show up fully, all of who they are and all of what they carry. She's drawn to the layers of identity, culture, and experience that make each person unique, and finds real meaning in exploring them alongside her clients.

Why She Chose This Work

Jenn's style is curious, warm, and deeply collaborative. She blends CBT and psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand what's keeping them stuck while exploring the deeper roots beneath it. However that looks for you, she follows your lead and tailors everything to fit your story.

Jenn's Approach

A little about Jenn

Outside of therapy, Jenn is always saying yes to something new: a workout class, a random activity, an experience she's never tried! While at home, her two babies (one dog, one cat) make sure there's never a dull moment.
